Dr. Mohamed Shoeib is Counsel at the firm, with deep experience in law and legal research. He earned his PhD in Public International Law, specialising in human rights, from Mansoura University, where he also completed his LLB and LLM.
He has built particular expertise in international commercial arbitration and economic courts, and serves as an International Arbitrator at the Egyptian Chamber for International Commercial Arbitration. Before joining the firm he held a number of roles in the Egyptian legal and government sectors.
His research includes the effect of the COVID-19 pandemic on employment contracts and the legal challenges of irregular migration. He lectures regularly and holds professional diplomas in strategic planning and human development.
